To participate in auctions, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Bidding and Purchases

All bids are binding. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. A buyer's premium of 25% will be added to the hammer price. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.

4. Item Descriptions and Authenticity

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all items. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of descriptions and condition reports. All items are sold 'as is' and should be inspected before bidding.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping, though all shipments are fully insured.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item significantly differs from its catalog description. The item must be returned in the same condition as received. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
